Terms of Use

Version 1.0. Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE: set in config/legal.ts].

These terms apply to anyone who uses canopyrelax.info or app.canopyrelax.info (the "Sites"), which are run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME: set in config/legal.ts], doing business as Canopy ("Canopy", "we", "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to them.

If you are a client, our Master Services Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, the Master Services Agreement wins.

Using the Sites

• Information on the Sites is general. It is not legal, medical or financial advice. Prices and features may change.
• You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break or get around their security, scrape or overload them, copy or reverse engineer them, or use them to send spam or malware.

Accounts

You sign in to the portal with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at jay@canopyrelax.info if you think someone else has used it.

Ownership

We own the Sites and their content, design and software. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Your own content stays yours.

Other services

The Sites may link to or embed services run by others, such as a booking form. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer and limits

The Sites are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Sites. If you are not a client, our total liability to you for anything related to the Sites is $100.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at app.canopyrelax.info/legal/privacy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Using the Sites after that means you accept the new version.

Law

New York law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state courts in Rockland County, New York, or the federal courts for the Southern District of New York.
